False Advertising

NO STARS (ZERO STARS) IS MY PREFERRED RATING. False advertising: This item is presented as a regular off the shoulder dress. This item is NOT advertised as a mini dress; the picture of the dress on the model does NOT present it as a mini dress, but that is exactly what it is. The tag on the plastic bag it arrived in describes it as a MINI dress, and without hesitation I can tell you that on first glance it looks like a long top or sweater. I CANNOT WEAR THIS.
