Elegant 14k Gold Plated with colored cubic zirconia heart pendant. This pendant features an interesting intertwining design made out of two heart shapes and a large round-colored cubic zirconia in the center. One heart is made out of solid 14k Gold Plated metal with engraved "I love you for always and forever" and the other one is paved with small clear round cubic zirconia. The center is decorated with colored cubic zirconia available in purple, blue, red, blue, or clear color. Chain length 16+2 inch

I never received my items I purchased

I never received the items I purchased. Every time I go to track the package it says a different delivery date. At first it said it would be here by the 5th, 5 days later it said it'll be here by the 7th, a week after that it said it will be here by the 9th. Each email is attached with an easy form to fill out for a return. I do not want a return I want my items I purchased. This is not the first time I've had this issue, I have made a purchase online and set it for store pickup specifically because of my experiences with ordering jewelry online. When I arrived to the store the manager was extremely rude and said I should have just had it delivered to my home not the store, and they couldn't find my items so they refunded me. I was hesitant on making this purchase but it was something my family member really wanted. So I reluctantly made the purchase. And like every time in the past I'm having difficulties receiving my items. I will never purchase anything from Macy's again!
