When will this be ready

I can't write a review as I bought this 2 months ago and it's still being processed. How long does this take????

Less quality after use

I purchased the sofa a year and a half ago with hig expectations. Not so much. The cushions sag tremendously after moderate use; especially the back cushions. I thought of having the cushions replaced with quality cushions but that would cost me more than the sofa is worth. Not buyers remose; just facts.

Great furniture and delivery

The furniture is well put together and exactly what I wanted. The delivery was outstanding. The men delivering were courteous and did everything too notch. They kept me updated with delivery time. They were great. Would definitely order from Macy’s again!

Love the look!!!

We love our new ottoman! Storage is nice and it's pretty! The wheels make it a bit tough rolling on luxury vinyl. Makes it a bit difficult and slippery for your feet. But, that's the one I picked!
