Not good
I bought this sectional as my daughter has it and has had it for 7 years and still looks great! As many have mentioned, they must have changed their manufacturer or something because after only 9 months I have sagging cushions and pilling throughout the sofa. Just not holding up whatsoever.
Very Good Quality Sectional
Having reviewed numerous unfavorable comments, I felt compelled to offer a counter-perspective. I have owned this sectional for over nine years, and it continues to maintain an excellent appearance. We initially selected the gray option, which I appreciate, but I am now considering a lighter shade, which I have identified. Consequently, after nine years, I am prepared to acquire another one. My husband is particularly fond of this sectional, noting its ergonomic benefits for his back compared to other models we have previously sampled in other stores. We have encountered no issues whatsoever. Furthermore, our three grandchildren and two Yorkies have also enjoyed its comfort. It has withstood incidents involving red wine, infant regurgitation, and potty training accidents. All stains have been successfully removed, and we have periodically engaged professional cleaning services for the sofa. I highly recommend this product without reservation.

Color changes color over time.
I really liked this 5 piece Radley sofa for our great room. Unfortunately, when it finally arrived the multiple pieces were all a different shade of gray. The armless piece was almost beige! Their rep came out and ordered us new pieces. The delivered the new pieces. Now 2 years later the other pieces, not anll of them are turning a weird shade of gray. Not in any direct sunlight either! The entire pieces cushions and base seem to now have a yellowish hue. Wish we had taken the extended warranty ….. The sofa is good for the money, but big time quality control issues with the fabric.

This couch is big, very comfortable and just the right configuration to watch a movie with a family of four! Love it!

Don’t buy the warranty
The couch has been good enough. However the warranty is garbage. Just google the reviews and you’ll realize it’s a scam. So you’ll get an ok couch, hoping for a warranty that is a waste of money.
Best couch ever
We picked out the couch/ fabric in store, which was a great experience, and I can’t recommend it enough!! It’s so comfortable and durable with our dog and baby.
Do not buy!
Had for two years, the back cushions are already losing their stiffness, and the cushions are starting to sink. This is not well made. We dont even use it that often. Go with a better brand for the price.
These are fantastic for company!
This is the second one we have purchased. It is in our office and looks great. I use it for a reading chair as it is large and comfy. We just had visitors and one, 6', 220lb, man, slept on it and said it was one of the most comfortable mattresses! It is all high quality materials and the fabric looks and feels very nice. I ordered swatches and loved the Heavenly Caramel Tan. It has a hint of gold tone which is what I wanted in the tan color, so it worked perfectly. This is a great dual purpose piece. My daughter now owns the other one in Rust which they don't offer at this time. They have 13 colors and they are beautiful and vivid. You won't be disappointed. My picture looks dim in the very sunny room. Order the swatches!
