Defect

I have several Radley Scottie bags. Macy's had been showing out of stock on An Ice Day but last week it said available so I ordered this purse. It arrived yesterday and I was thrilled. Upon examining the purse though there is a defect/ ripple in the leather on the bottom of the purse. I have never seen a defect in any of my purses in the past. Radley used to sew a seam in the middle of the bottom of these purses but there is no seam on this one. For the price I expect the purse to be perfect. Will be returning this one most likely although I love the purse.

Poor shipping container, only a cheap plastic bag.

Poor shipping container. It came in a bag & I'm sure it was knocked around during shipping. I hope it’s ok. This is a collector purse from London. When I have purchased it in the past from Macys, it came in a box and it was a nice presentation. Not this time 😡

Gorgeous Bag

This bag is absolutely beautiful and perfect for Christmas. It’s not a plain printed bag. Little details like the bows on the dog’s skates, the heart cut into the bag, and the little red circles to act as ornaments add so much character and texture. It’s a work of art. The three sections, including the middle zipper, will store a lot of items and I appreciate the included strap. It also comes with the signature Scottie dog charm, which I don’t see in pictures. There is one very minor caveat, and it’s so minor, I don’t even care but I include it for transparency. Your bag may or may not come with the leather nameplate inside the zipper section. The nameplate just says the bag’s name and that it used different techniques in the making. “Techniques” is just missing an “n”. It’s a Radley manufacturing error, and not a Macy’s issue. Radley announced that some bags don’t have the nameplate and will have a card instead. For me, I’m so happy I got the bag with the nameplate. It adds charm.
