Expensive purse shipped in flimsy plastic bag

The purse is gorgeous. But I need to return it due to it being shipped in a flimsy plastic bag with no added padding. The purse has a dented in back side because it wasn’t protected. Expensive items like this need to be shipped in a box with padding. Macys do better please. Also it states a dust bag is included but it is not.

So cute!

I love this Radley Christmas bag! It is so cute! I also love the 3 different areas of storage organization that it has. I can keep my make-up and extra meds in the middle zip pocket along with my pens. I love the 3 slip pockets contained within that zip pocket. The pockets on each side of the zip pocket are roomy enough for a full sized wallet and my car fob and keys go in the pocket on the other side. There is also a slip pocket on the outside back of the bag that is the perfect size for my phone. I like that it can be carried as a handbag or one can use the strap as a cross body when your hands are full or just for a feeling of safety. It is a sturdy bag and has the cute little Scotty on the front which I love. I own Scottie’s, so of course I had to have this bag. It is adorable!

Defect

I have several Radley Scottie bags. Macy's had been showing out of stock on An Ice Day but last week it said available so I ordered this purse. It arrived yesterday and I was thrilled. Upon examining the purse though there is a defect/ ripple in the leather on the bottom of the purse. I have never seen a defect in any of my purses in the past. Radley used to sew a seam in the middle of the bottom of these purses but there is no seam on this one. For the price I expect the purse to be perfect. Will be returning this one most likely although I love the purse.

Poor shipping container, only a cheap plastic bag.

Poor shipping container. It came in a bag & I'm sure it was knocked around during shipping. I hope it’s ok. This is a collector purse from London. When I have purchased it in the past from Macys, it came in a box and it was a nice presentation. Not this time 😡
