Doesn't deliver

I order a lot online and something not getting delivered is not that big of a deal; you contact the seller and they ship out another item if you still want it or they give you a refund. I just found it really odd that the only other review on this product was about it not being able to be delivered so I thought I'd write my experience as well. I ordered this before Christmas. I got a shipping notice and then tracking updates and then the day it was supposed to be delivered passed, and now the tracking status was updated to say item lost, contact seller for next steps. I would love it if it shows up at my door one day but it likely won't. So just a word of caution, you may order the item but you may not ever get it.

Additional Shipping was required

I got a notification at the post office that I had to pay additional shipping for this item. I still have not received it and I guess they sent it back, but I have not received a credit from Macys… I would definitely not buy this.!
