Agree, defective strap

I too loved this handbag when received in Aug of ‘23, within a month the strap just broke apart which resulted in my bag dropping to the parking lot. As the bag was a LastAct item and not returnable I contacted Radley to see if there was a “fix”, the response was “the bag is under warranty and I should contact the seller”. Unacceptable this defective item cannot be returned. Bag is not usable.

Defective Strap

Beautiful bag but the strap will not stay buckled. For as much money the bag costs you would think they would make a better quality strap. Plus it is not a crossbody as described. The strap is too short to use as a crossbody.

Defective strap

This is a beautiful handbag with the exception of the strap. The bag is very well made, however the strap allows for adjusting the length, but, the buttons that are supposed to hold the strap at the desired length, do not stay attached. Three times I was carrying the bag and the strap disengaged and the bag and all it’s contents ended up on the ground.

Great size and fabric. Radley purses are very well made and different but not too different. Will be using it in the fall.

Love this bag style!

I have this purse in the green leather and I love it! There's plenty of room to hold my stuff as an everyday purse, yet it looks classy. Looking forward to having another one in a different color.
