Great style and bad quality

I really liked the style, however the quality of the leather is just not there. After 2.5 months of wearing this backpack, it looks like I've been wearing it for a few years. The leather is all scratched up, color is coming off and I am a very careful wearer. Very disappointing and waste of money. Will not recommend or go back to buy any other products from this brand.

Horrible Customer service and only getting worse.

You have the worse customer service. It took me over an hour and 4 calls to get my account corect. I have sent a final payment and will close my account of the 12/5/25. I have been a Macy's customer since 1996 and I am DONE!
