Heath Crescent Zip Bag

I was disappointed with this Radley bag. I own several Radley London bags and wallets and I know how soft and supple their leather is. This one did not impress me much. Leather was not as soft to touch, the interior only had one zipper pocket and no extra pockets for phone plus the liner was too rough, even for canvas. As I stated before, I have other bags and wallets from the same brand and all, except one crossbody bag, have come with their signature pink dust bag for protection when not in use. This one did not have a dust bag, nor was it noted in description (one crossbody bag I bought CLEARLY stated no bag would be included). Contacted Macys and was told to check local store to see if they carry the bag and then I could compare and exchange or return it. They do not carry this brand at my local stores. Will be returning as I am not thrilled with the leather and the bag quality overall enough to keep it.

Purse

I received this bag as a Christmas gift. Love the bag, however the shoulder strap was missing. Bag was returned and reordered. Just received the replacement bag and again no shoulder strap, Why does the description say there is a shoulder strap when there isn't one?? Very misleading. I will keep the purse, but I'm not happy that the description of this item is so misleading. That's why I'm giving this item only 2 stars!!!

Simple And Nice

I really like this bag. It’s simple & a nice size. I also like the way it was packaged. Everything was wrapped up nicely like a good quality purse should be. I think it will be a versatile bag & go with a lot of things from t’s & jeans to dresses. I’m happy that I bought it, & the sale price can’t be beaten.
