WISH I RECEIVED !!!!

HELP! I ordered as a gift and never received!! Tracking says it was received in a UPS facility July 3rd. It is apparently lost or misplaced. No response or help from Macy's. Your CHAT support is AWFUL. Not human and not helpful. I waited on the phone for over a 1/2 hour for a live person, nothing. I completed the online inquiry and have heard nothing, no emails, no acknowledgement of the issue. I purchased a replacement gift from a reliable source. Macy's is going out of business because they forgot their customers actually matter.
