Wrong Product

A backpack is shown but I received a crossbody purse I contacted online customer service and the representative said he would communicate the issue to his manager. It's been about a week since I called customer service and the wrong picture is still shown.

Wrong product

Buyers beware… Macy’s still hasn’t updated the product image on their website. I ordered what was shown as a backpack purse, but instead received a small purse. Very misleading.
