The salesperson at Park Meadows Mall in Colorado was awesome! She helped me throughout the process and was very knowledgeable!

Clasp is a problem

I’m already having issues with the clasp closure on this purse. It has a magnet but the two sides are not latching now. So when I want to close it, I have to use two hands and this is awkward when the purse is on your shoulder. It’s very annoying and for the price this shouldn’t be happening. It’s a nice purse and good quality and the inside has a soft suede feel. I didn’t have the fading issue as another reviewer had. But the clasp closure is starting to bug me because it’s not latching like it’s supposed to.

Poor product

This purse is beautiful in the picture. But in person, the leather is either faded or pull away from the push lock closure bucket. It looked like some of the leather has peeled away and scrape smooth. I am very disappointed with this purse and the fact that someone would send it to me looking like this for my hard earned money. I spend a lot of money with Macys, too much for someone to send out something like this. Rated one because they don't have a zero. Very unhappy and disappointed with Macy.
