Nice Bag

This is a nice bag for everyday or to polish a look. My only complaint is that is is heavy before you load all your things into the bag. Once you do the bag (even with all the nice pockets, it's like trying to find what your looking for in a black hole.

I'm not sure why I'm prompted to review this item - when I placed the order, it was low in stock. I called 3 days later to ensure there was enough inventory to fulfill my order, and was assured that the bag would be shipped out within 2 more days. Two more days after the expected ship date, I received an email stating the item was out of stock. Extremely poor communication/inventory status between Macys and Radley. Also, the color bag displayed for this review is not what I ordered - I ordered 'Deep Sea', in pebbled leather.

A bit off

Bag was a wonderful shape and love quality construction. Problem was a LARGE satchel though I checked dimensions prior to ordering. The color was a gunmetal grey, not a dark grey/ soft black.
