Worst Experience Ever

I ordered this purse and I just kept getting these so delays and delays and delays and delays I called. They said it was going out the door that day which was a lie still delays and I just continued to do this by far. The worst experience I have been dealing with Macy’s for years and I am at a point now or I’m ready to cancel my credit card and disassociate myself. This is the second item in the last month that they’ve treated me this way now I believe it’s the downstream providers’s fault then stop doing business with him and tell people the truth horrible
