Lovely bag

I’ve been a fan and collector of Radley London bags for a few years. This is a lovely handbag, well-proportioned with plenty of room for essentials and much more. I’m very fond of the satchel with optional strap to wear as crossbody. I receive several compliments on this bag and was thrilled when it went on sale. Ordered as a Christmas gift yet Macy’s shipped the lesser expensive version of the same bag, which is a shoulder bag. Returned the shoulder bag immediately yet am very disappointed with lack of attention by Macy’s order fulfillment. The customer service rep who helped with the return said they’re seeing a lot of returns due to wrong items being shipped. DO BETTER, MACY’S!

Beautiful lightweight bag! Absolutely love!

I like this bag a lot!!! An important feature for me is a crossbody. I like the middle zipper section for valuables and there is plenty of other pockets for extra stuff!
