Unreal

I purchased the pants 2/21. I checked to see where they were on tracking and as of today it was returned to the sender according to UPS yet in my purchase history with Macy's states it was delivered. I went through the automated help system and requested they be resent. Instead, it refunded me and still shows delivered, telling me to keep an item I did not receive. Very dissatisfied with the results.
