Garment is not for slimming purposes and runs big.

I ordered the size according to the instructions. The waist and hips are "ok," but the thigh portion is huge and hangs like a slip. It also has no weight to it. I was expecting support, but this doesn't do that. I ordered two styles in this brand. Same issue and difficult sizing when each has different methods to figure size on the size charts. Will return both.
