fits different in water

When I tried this on dry before removing the tag I thought it was an acceptable fit, but when I actually wore it to swim I could feel currents of water flowing between my skin and the garment and the cup area opens up so more is visible than should be. It does cling to the skin when you get out of the water so it's not like it's sagging off you, but still. If it wasn't already de-tagged and worn I would return it.
