Never got sunglasses

I never received the sunglasses. I got a message from Macys saying the label had been damaged during shipping and " upon further review" the mdse was missing. I contacted Macy's Customer service no less than 3 times and they've assured me I'd get a refund, within 7-10 days, which I have NOT received. Also, after the initial email telling me of the damage, I had no further follow up emails from THEM, I had to initiate every step to get any information at all from them. Very disappointed with Macy's, this is NOT their usual customer service. This experience has prompted me to stop ordering from Macy's online. Macy's lost my order and refuses to refund my item.
