Pick up great 1 item delayed on another.

I the fragrance set and picked it up easily the shirt would not be available in time for Christmas and we opted to let the pick up expire after hearing the procedure in an email however for some reason the shirt ended up shipping and now we have to go back to store and return, In other words the auto cancellation process we had read about in the email didn’t work it was shipped to our address in New Orleans which had a lease expire at the end of the month. The fragrance pick up worked seamlessly. Thank you
