the worst experience shopping ever

I had my order cancelled from Macys on over four hundred dollars of product for my gf's birthday. I was on the phoen with THREE different people and each of them assured me that it had went thru and i got an email that it was shipped. That is some pathetic slack customer service, or for that matter that is pretty lame business period.
