Rare editions

This item was made too small- It is too tight and and sized wrong. Purchased for grandaughter --cute but way--off. Maybe fit a slim 8 yr old. I worked in retail many years. I know stuff. But yet you will not allow re-funds on it. I am 76 yrs old -I can't wear it s0----.
