dress is not well fit

The dress itself fits true to size in the body, but unfortunately, the sleeves are extremely tight compared to the rest of the fit. I ordered my usual size, and the main part of the dress fit perfectly, but the sleeves were uncomfortably snug and restrictive. I tried sizing up, but then the body of the dress was too loose and didn't look flattering anymore. It's a beautiful dress, but the sizing on the sleeves needs to be adjusted for a better overall fit.
