Stitches were out like it was used or it is old. The dress not worth 20 mor like 9

Pretty but fragile

My 8 year old daughter picked out this dress for her Father Daughter Dance. The fit was great and she looked beautiful. With that being said, when the dress came it was already missing a few sequins and had a thread or two hanging. When she put it on, more sequins snagged. I had to tell her to just go with it and not worry about it, but she was upset that her sleeve was getting snagged on the belt and dress. For such an expensive dress, the sequins were a problem.
