The material is great. Cut is super small. The size 16 fits like a size 12.

Very Comfy and Stylish

I bought this for my 9 year old daughter to wear for picture day and I must say it’s very cute. The vest is so soft but yet warm. The dress rest above the knee. She loves it and so do I.
