Beyond Disappointed

I purchased this outfit as a Christmas present for my granddaughter. When my daughter opened the package, pink fluff flew all around. She described it as the fabric had disintegrated. Needless to say she will be returning it to Macys. Also, I requested and paid for gift wrapping for this outfit and another outfit I purchased which was not included. I am speechless as Macys is my go to for clothes for my grandchildren.
