dress damaged and late delivery

I ordered this very cute dress partially because delivery was suppose to be 3 to 5 business days. It was actually 8 business days, 10 days total not counting the order day or the delivery day. The dress did come with portions of the overlay not being hemmed and the edges frayed. I did get the dress a day before I needed it and will have the hem fixed. But just a warning Macy's is not delivering in the time frame they advertise. This is not the first time their delivery was late.
