It came dirty

I really wanted this cover up because it's so sexy and romantic. But I was so disappointed when I received it. It was sticky, like someone spilled something sweet on it, the color wasn't white, it was dirty gray, and there were threads sticking out of it. The label on it was drawn on with a marker. So it was returned) Things like this should be thrown away, not sold to people! Shame on you Macy's!
