POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I can't review these sunglasses because I never received them. I ordered these sunglasses from Macy's and never received them, my post office said they were delivered. They apparently gave my package to someone else, nothing new there. I contacted Macy's customer service to let them know I never received them. I have contacted them several times about the sunglasses. I never received my glasses or a refund. I will NEVER purchase anything from Macy's again, online or in a store.
