Ray-Ban Sunglasses

I LOVE Ray Bans for their quality and warranty so, I never hesitate to purchase. I lost a pair, (exactly like this, that I loved), that I purchased at Bass Pro on Black Friday, (yes, they were on sale then); needless to say I was bummed. So, when I received Macy’s email with Ray-Bans on sale I was thrilled. It gave me the opportunity to buy the same glasses at a good value. I received them by mail and when I tried them on, they were too loose around the ears; I took them to the Sunglasses Hut in our local store and they adjusted them for me. A great quality product with great in-store customer service.

Not as described and a third party seller

The item was not as describes and arrived damaged. In efforts of returning it I received a message stating that it is not the item that was sent out but it was in fact the one received. I do not trust Macy’s items anymore involving other merchants. I do not feel like a valued customer and will be canceling my account.

New take on classics

I wasn't aware the frames were made of a more flexible material than the classic wayfarer, although I think I will like the durability. Check specs when you buy.

She’s thrilled.
