Not the same tortoise I bought in the past

This is my third pair of new wayfairers in tortoise frame / green polarized lens. This pair initially looked like a polished black frame when I opened the box. Then I noticed one small brown spot on the front and two small spots on one earpiece. The rest of the outside is a very dark solid brown - almost black. The only place they look "tortoise" is inside the frames. Macy's return policy is to return for refund and repurchase. Since they are no longer on sale, I would be paying $50 more for the replacement. Very disappointed.

Sales person

Sales person bent the frame to much, the lenses are coming off. I live 45 min away from the store. Now, I have to drive almost 2 hours to have it fix. Very much inconvenient.

Sales service and product price

I’m very disappointed with Macy’s sales because the price is higher that Ray Ban store I called customer service and they don’t give any options or solution for this price issue more over customer service department is very rude to fixed or resolve situations like this inclusive I have time to cancel and they don’t allow me this option Macy’s force to me to buy this product that is very high the price compared with RayBan store I have the screenshot of the RayBan store price. This is my second bad experience buying online with Macy’s . I don’t recommend this store .

Ray Ban High Quality

I never bought sunglasses by size before (had to choose large or small). I checked out what the measurements meant and chose small. They fit perfectly and are very comfortable to wear.
