RayBans men sunglasses

My husband’s 72 year old uncle said he wanted some, “Ray-Bans” for the ladies. He’s a good man, so we saw Macy’s has a great deal on deal. We ordered them Saturday morning and they arrived Tuesday morning. By the way, uncle loves them and they were the perfect fit for him.

I am only looking for a replacement for this item.

As a professional Pilot I have had Ray-Ban Sunglasses for over 45 years. These have not held up to the usual high standards of Ray-Ban. On Sept. 5 2022 the right stem broke at the frame. I contacted Macy's and then Ray-Ban's warranty department. After submitting my application for warranty with photos, I received another form requesting additional photos. This took place on Sept.17, 2022. At this point Ray-Ban stated my request was closed! As a macy's customer I find this unacceptable!
