Never order Ray-Ban Meta glasses on Macy’s website

I placed the order, and when I received notification that they were ready for pick up, they were not available at the store. Evidently, they had been scanned in, but not unloaded from the dock. Unfortunately, I just got an email saying that they were picked up, but I’m not sure what happened to them.
