Very Disappointed with the Customer Service

Hi, I drove 30 minutes yesterday to this location to check whether my glasses had arrived, but unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The employee (he was the only one available around 2:10pm yesterday) who assisted me was unable to help and was very rude. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. If employees are not properly trained to provide good customer service, the store risks losing many customers. At this point, I still have not received my item, and I was told that I could not be helped without my purchase or order number. This is unacceptable and had to believe! I did receive an email from Macy's, but I have been unable to locate it. I would appreciate it if someone could provide me with my order or purchase number so that the staff at this location can help me find my item. This was my first purchase at this location, and unfortunately, it will likely be my last. I am very disappointed with the experience and the lack of assistance I received. Above all, I would appreciate help in locating and receiving my item. Thanks!
