Not a durable pick for the accident-prone

After owning these for about two weeks, I dropped them the on ground (lightly and not from a great height) and frame split in two at narrowest point - I’ve dropped lots of sunglasses and I’ve never seen that happen before, including a 10 year old pair of RayBans still going strong (which have fallen off my head dozens of times!). Is the plastic more brittle and cheaper quality on these new RayBans?

Crooked

The frames are super wonky. I have always bought Ray Bans directly, and I've never had this issue. The temple arms are misaligned, so they sit crooked on my face. Even just sitting on my desk, you can tell that they are shaped oddly. Not true Ray Ban quality at all. Makes me question if they are authentic.
