Have not received the glasses

I ordered these glasses on December 19 for my husband Christmas present but have not received them. I’ve called customer service three times and they keep saying that the glasses were shipped to the store we’re I’m supposed to pick it up and the store will send me confirmation when they are ready for pick up. Today is the third of January and I have not received any emails from the store. I asked them to cancel the order and they said they can’t cancel it because it was already shipped. The worst experience in customer service that I ever had. I need to urgently cancel the order so that I can get the glasses for my husband somewhere else.

Great glasses for the right face

These are stylish and stunning but didn't quite fit my face like "traditional" Ray-bans. I don't questions the quality; they just don't work for me :(
