Sling Back Strap Too Loose

Although the shoe was the right length (my heel was in line with the back of the shoe) the sling-back strap was not tight enough and kept slipping off my heel. The shoes were wide enough though and felt like they would be comfortable. You may want to try going down a size, but not sure if the width would work, then.
