Sizing Off

I am a true women’s medium so I ordered a large since this is junior sizing and the sleeve length was short,to the point where you have to wear the sleeves pushed up to look ok. For reference I am 5’7”. Also the fabric is on the synthetic side, feels a little scratchy. Had to return.
