House plant arrived dead

I can’t return! I have ordered so many plants in the past! This time so disappointed! Kept getting lost In the mail but had little package heat bags still died! I won’t order ever again! I threw in garbage no photos. Just the red anthurium or plant was alive!

Dead Plant for Valentine's Day

My plant was dried up and dead! Since it was final, I couldn't get a return or my money back. I am disappointed in Macy's on this. I have been a loyal customer for years and I have never gotten a bad product like this without a return...... Dead plants are not good for Valentine's Day for the one you love...

Paid 25.95 for expedited shipping so plant could arrive in time for a wake. Arrived 7 days after wake. Customer service frustrating and did not follow through on what they promised for a refund.
