Granddaughter's foot hurts

I loved the look of this shoe, but it was a nightmare for my granddaughter. When I first put them on her the other day, she had enough toe room, however, before we could leave the house for school she complained about the shoe was too tight. So I loosened the shoe by tying the shoe again. When I picked her up from school, the teacher said that she complained about the shoe being too tight on the bridge of her foot the entire.
