Worst Shopping Experience Ever

Loved this sweatshirt but it I needed to return it. Some time between the time I bought it and the time I tried to return it the item became "Last Act" and I was told I couldn't return or exchange it. Now I'm stuck with something I can't wear. I'm afraid to sho online with Macy's ever again.
