This clothing fades severely after just one wash, which shows poor quality. If washed items cannot be returned, how are we supposed to know the quality is so bad without washing them? also, the return service is terrible! The returned item was received several days ago, yet the refund still hasn't been processed. The service is really poor!

I bought two of these sweaters for my son and daughter, and they absolutely love them. They are thick and soft and so comfortable after washing them all the hems of stayed. It's still soft. What a great sweatshirt.
