More low impact than mid
I hate sports bras with removable pads as the pads always fold in on themselves. This bra was no different, so I removed them. The bra still fits pretty well without the pads except for some extra space in the armpit area. It definitely gives more of a compression feel which what I prefer; however, the thin straps don’t provide much support, so I’d consider this more of a low impact sports bra.

As a full‑busted woman, sports bras can be challenging to find. The support on this one is actually pretty good. It fits well, and as someone who isn’t fond of their back rolls, I appreciate that this bra hides them nicely. The only things I think could be improved are adjustable straps and non‑removable cups. Removable cups tend to shift, twist, and generally be a hassle. Overall, it’s a cute and supportive sports bra.

Its not for big size women. Fabric is great but I didnt feel the support a sports bra should have. I would not buy it again.
My first ever Reebok bra!
I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. This is my first ever Reebok bra/ sports bra and I am hooked. A perfect size. The size is secure. The straps did not move. I felt very comfortable wearing this around house but also doing a light work out. For larger breast woman I wouldn’t wear this for full run or a jumping workout. But a light work out this is perfect! I want to purchase more from this brand!
