came broken

I sent this as a Christmas gift to somebody who lives in Wisconsin because I’m two hours away from the Macy’ and she is over a hour. She’s actually over an hour away and has to make a special trip. I’d like to know what you plan on doing about this and she better not have a hard time returning it or exchanging it because I asked for a gift receipt and you did not send that..
