These run small. You must order one size larger. I have experienced this problem before with Reef products.

How can a flip flop have a weird fit?

I could understand the difference in the fit between the right shoe and the left shoe if this particular pair was the one on display for the season, but not so. Will be returning. And how knows maybe someone that has different sized feet will find this pair as perfect.
