Elastic Band

GREAT OUTDOOR ITEM

GREAT OUTDOOR ITEM; IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE, YOU NEED THIS. I purchased this for my husband when we walk the dogs in the winter or take them to the dog park. We can easily walk 45-60 minutes and he still reports that his face and neck are protected from the elements. Great purchase. Highly recommend.

Nice, but eye hole very small. Can't use this.

It was a nicely constructed product, but eye hole was ridiculously small unless you are a one eyed minion. Easy return and refund.
