Delayed and Dirty

This order was delayed from its original expected delivery date. Once I finally received it, I was excited to open the package and try on the shoes. However, when I opened the box, I saw there were multiple dirt spots, especially on one shoe. It clearly seems that these shoes had been previously returned after being worn, and I’m disappointed that Macy’s didn’t do a better job about making sure these were free from blemish and ready for purchase by another customer. This should’ve been handled differently.
