Macy's has WORST shipping in industry

I can't review the product yet because I just received the shipment. After 10 days and the product being shipped all over the country, I received it. It isn't Macy's fault directly, but Macy's does select the shipper they use. Another note, this item came with a free gift. It was a sample plastic FLAT packet, like those they hand out in the store, that was shipped by itself, in a huge box. Interestingly, that item arrived in 2 days. How wasteful and NOT customer-oriented experience. Next time I will order from another company.

I really loved the serum

This product Delivers! I've only been using it for a few weeks but after the first night saw & felt the difference. WOW! I'm a bartender & keep late hours. Sometimes I don't get enough sleep - but now you'd never know it. This product absorbs in seconds, no greasy feeling, and best of all does not irritate my eyes. I wake up to smooth hydrated skin. And it keeps getting better. I highly recommend this serum. Wish I would have started using it years ago.

The ABSOLUTE best!
