I would like to thank to Cherek and Nicole from Macy's in Loveland Colorado. Cherek called the customer service reprezentative after I found out my Macy's card was blocked due to a misunderstanding. She literally was on the phone at least 30 minutes and advocated for me. She apologized multiple times for the situation even was not her guilt. She was very professional, patient and offered to help me to close the dispute. Nicole made the check out, she was smiling and nice and joked with me when she saw me upset. At the end I was very pleased with the experience at Macy's from Loveland, Colorado. I would recommend this store to anybody who is looking for quality merchandise and professional employees.

Color Blue Is Not Blue!

I am giving it a 4 star rating because the color in the description says "blue" but in real life it isn't. The actual color is more of an ash gray. It is not a very flattering color. I am still debating if I should keep it or not. The waist fits right. I am 5 feet tall and the length is very long. I will have to hem it for my size. I also bought it in the color black color. The material is good for the price. I am keeping the black for sure.
