Poor product and service

I ordered these heels when they arrived the dark brown pad was not even glued to the sole of the heel. For the price you pay for these heels the quality does not reflect it. It felt like a pair of heels you would get off of Temu. I of course returned the heels and I didn't receive a refund until a month over a month later. My return arrived at the warehouse the 25th of October and there was proof of delivery. Just now I'm receiving a refund. I had to go through Macys customer service which was somewhat helpful. But the seller was suppose to contact me within 5 days and didn't. I then had to contact the seller myself and just now getting a response. Would not recommend the product and seller.

Beautiful shoes in person. Very light-weight and fits well. Ot woll. ne go to shoes when it gets warmer and on my trips
