Not your supermarket gochujang!

This hot pepper paste tastes amazing. It’s slightly creamier than the ones sold at the Korean supermarket and I would consider this an elevated version. So far, I’ve mixed it with Japanese mayonnaise and used as a dipping sauce for chicken cutlet, mixed with sesame oil for Korean bibimbap and mixed with red pasta sauce for beef bolognese. Delicious!!! So versatile. Just buy it, you won’t regret it.
